"We are unable to answer the Question "Why"and therefore there is a God"

This is the only one “Therefore”, which we can allow to ourselves. All, that is given to us – is to answer to the innumerable “How” – the World is cognizable.
Besides of only one – Him, because of that the World is not cognizable up to the End.
All, that Creator wanted, and in particular, all Laws, both known and still unknown to Man, He contributed in the Beginning at the creation of the Universe, as the Basis of Design (The Great Plan) and in accordance with his Idea.
He doesn’t intervene anymore in the running of the History of the Universe and of Humans.
As a Great Extrasense, He envisioned beforehand all the results, - it would not be very prescient to correct his own Idea infinitely, and moreover, in accordance with innumerate and contradictory requests of Man – a grain of sand in the Universe.
Because of that, it is senseless to appeal to Him with a request to punish a neighbor, another person or other people. Because of that, the Religion of Basis is the religion of Peace, religion of the Present, religion of the Future.
The Basis potentially contains answers to all questions of “how”, (naturally, excluding those questions to which there are no answers, for example, contradictory to physical laws, such as the uncertainty principle by Heisenberg or mathematical theorems of Gödel).
For this it is open, not finished, has existing structure and contains elements of different forms of Cognizance.
However, it doesn’t mean that now we can receive answers to all of these questions, - for this we need an unlimited Time, used for Cognizance and entering of additions into all parts of the Basis (besides Divine Laws), in other words, the Basis supposes continuous development, as in Life itself.
The Basis consists of four parts, titled for ease of comprehension, as The Divine Laws, Attributes, Consiquences, Comments, but doesn’t contain any hierarchy inside of those parts or their co-subordination.
We will never comprehend on the basis of what Idea the Creator created our Universe and in general is it rightful and lawful to put such question; - the Basis is a model accessible to a Human.
